Opening Ceremony

About a week ago there was the Olympic opening ceremony. There was lots of acting and dancing one of the people in it was Mr Bean. He was very funny he played on the keyboard and had a dream about him in a running race. He was coming last so he saw a car and hopped in the car and passed all the people. He won the race. Then all the flags came out with all the Countries. I loved it because it was amazing.By Megan and Kate.

Today South Africa won a Gold medal in swimming and New Zealand won a bronze medal in Horse back riding in the 3 day event.
Watch out for the New Zealand Samsung Olympic bus going around New Zealand it is awsome!!!!!!!!!!!

Olympic Museum Truck

On the 30th of July 2012, Room 1,2 and 3 walked down to the Springvale Stadium so we could see the Olympic museum truck. we were waiting nervously on the metal steps that lead the truck. when we walked in the wonderful mobile museum. There were iphones, ipads and laptops everywhere. IT WAS AMAZING! We buddied up for the olympic quest we had to do. We did it on an ipad, how cool. Then Leah came along and had we buddied up with her. At the end of the quest we ended up finishing only half. By Felicity and Tayla

Olympic Opening Ceremony

Watching the Olympic opening was awesome. When NZ came out, I cheered watching Nick Willis lead them out. I especially enjoyed seeing how the world came from olden tools to modern it was awesome By Blake

So far I have liked the rowing.I thought the two men that bet the record were great and they might get a medal this year.Also Mahe Drysdale could have a chance as well because he had a huge lead over the rest of the components in his heat. By Scott and Thomas

 

Olympic Truck

As we entered the Samsung Olympic truck the cool gadgets jumped out at us. We listened to the lady and worked  from the tablets to answer the questions on our sheets. It was so hard to answer the questions that we had to do it for homework. The best thing in the Olympic truck was the egg seat with a swing around tablet. By David & Youngjin
